Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund only if no trades have been opened on your purchased evaluation account.
Refunds are not available once you have placed or executed any trades β even if they were minimal or test orders.

Once your request is received, our team will review it and respond within 24β48 hours.
Refund Method
All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Refunds cannot be redirected to another card, wallet, or account for security reasons.
If payment was made via crypto, the refund will be processed in USDT equivalent value at the time of refund.
Additional Notes
Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of approval.
Spartora Trader reserves the right to decline refund requests that fall outside these conditions.
